Humboldt Mutual Aid is a grassroots disaster relief network based on the principles of solidarity, mutual aid, and autonomous direct action. We are all volunteer community members and are prioritizing folks currently sick, disabled, homeless, quarantined without pay, elderly, undocumented, queer, Black, Indigenous, and/or other people of color.
Thank you for your patience and grace! We are helping to coordinate food and supply drop offs to people's front doors. The Humboldt Chapter of Mutual Aid Disaster Relief is reaching out to compile community resources in response to COVID19. As our community experiences this transition together, it is essential to develop camaraderie and support with one another. We aim to respond as a community and create a united mutual aid response in support of those most vulnerable to this virus. The intention of this website is to extend communication with our community and get a better understanding of the resources available. We aim to reach out and understand community responses currently being done while extending the support we are working to make available. With Respect, Humboldt Mutual Aid Organizers |
